Security Overview
Understand safe usage expectations and how to handle sensitive information in TestFabric.
Overview
TestFabric is designed for authorized testing workflows. Users are responsible for ensuring they only test systems, APIs, and applications they own or are explicitly authorized to test.
What users may submit
- URLs
- test descriptions
- requirements
- API request details
- headers or parameters
- load profile inputs
- generated-output requests
Minimize sensitive data
Avoid submitting unnecessary secrets, production credentials, private tokens, sensitive personal data, or confidential customer data unless the workflow explicitly supports secure handling for that use case.
Generated artifacts
Generated artifacts such as scripts, test cases, API assets, and load testing files should be downloaded, stored, reviewed, and used responsibly by the user.
Account and access responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining access to their own account, reviewing generated outputs, and following their organization's security policies before using any generated artifact.
