Understand how the shared TestFabric credit wallet works.
Overview
TestFabric uses a shared credit wallet across supported products. Credits are used for eligible successful actions, such as generating supported artifacts, according to the active product rules shown to users.
India-first launch
TestFabric is launching India-first, with future global expansion planned. Some features, payment methods, invoices, taxes, support options, and availability may vary by region.
One shared wallet
A single TestFabric wallet can be used across supported products such as Automata, TestComposer, Validox, and LoadVertex. Users do not need separate product-specific plans for each supported product.
When credits are deducted

Failed or blocked actions
Failed or blocked generation should not be treated as a successful eligible paid action. If an issue occurs after a charge is recorded, platform-confirmed failed charged generation may be handled through credit restoration or recredit where applicable.
Credit validity
Paid credits are valid for 30 days from the latest successful paid recharge, according to the active credit-validity policy.
Carry-forward recharge example
If a user has 50 credits and recharges 100 more credits, the wallet balance becomes 150 credits and the validity resets to 30 days from the latest successful paid recharge.
Refund policy summary
Credits are generally non-refundable except for duplicate payment, failed payment capture, legally required cases, or platform-confirmed failed charged generation handled through credit restoration or recredit where applicable. Users should review the published Refund Policy for the full policy.
Taxes and GST
Applicable taxes such as GST may be shown during checkout or invoice generation where applicable.
Free or promotional credits
QUAGIX may offer starter credits, beta credits, or promotional credits from time to time. These offers are conditional and may vary by user, region, or launch phase.
